No problems pre update. When both are fully charged and the volume level is half for the phone and full device volume, I cannot hear the volume. At full volume for both, it's the same volume as the phones inbuilt speakers.



Have tested the speaker with other phones and they have no problem. My phone also has only minor sound loss over aux cable (there has been a change but not nearly as drastic).

Otherwise, volumes for Bluetooth and sound are all Max, have tested the clear audio/equaliser/special inbuilt sound systems to no avail.
