Casual Player Becoming Serious Tips

Hello,

I've been playing Battle Camp for awhile now, but just casually. I haven't worked to make a serious team or build serious skills. I want to start playing more seriously. I've posted a picture of all my monsters. Given the team I have... Where should I go from here? What should my next moves be? What should I focus on? What should my long term goals be? I know I should start trading, look into what tiers my monsters are in, and try to build around one zodiac. How should I go about all of that given my specific team? Any info would help.
