Change unlock allied races requirement

Hi,
Lets be honest... the exalted with some reputation is stupid for many reasons...and 3 of the biggest ones are: Not everyone plays both factions, NEW PLAYERS, and will be OLD CONTENT.

"oh nice new expansion, oh look to that new races, the hype, i think im gonna try wow again" ( player who stopped playing wow first reaction) "i need to do old content for an expansion i didnt even played, waste a lot of time only to begin playing with the race i want, and i still need to level up only to BEGIN the new exp content? BULL!@#$." (player who stopped playing wow last reaction).

New players gonna look to all the effort, discourage, and maybe even quit the game itself...

Blizz why dont you give decent requirements?
